The apartment was spacious, easily accommodating our family with a comfortable memory foam mattress in the sofa bed, which my teenager appreciated. We took advantage of the well-equipped kitchenette to prepare meals. Plus, the proximity to major attractions allowed us to explore the city effortlessly on foot.

The location of the hotel was exceptional - within walking distance of a grand neoclassical palace. It also was very close to train station.

Wonderful friendly staff and spacious rooms with an adequate kitchen, everything spotless.

The area is convenient for the station but a bit uncertain, especially after dark. Hotel security arrangements, however, are excellent.

Good value for money...hotel staff were excellent and spoke fluent English which made it much easier.Very close proximity to Railway station and local shopps/bars.

thank you for a very good stay. the hotel is stylish with exceptional and welcoming staff and city views. excellent service, they provide a private parking and free wi-fi. the pool is heated and there is a sauna.

The great and the meh

Clean and large family room with a nice kitchen setup! The staff was cute. Breakfast was tasty, and kids ate for free!

The area felt a bit sketchy, with adult establishments nearby, and sometimes the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, making it a hassle to stay connected.

The hotel is situated in the Red Light district of Toulouse which is a very sadand depressed area. Protitutes work outside the hotel most of the day. Drunks live in the streets nearby. The streets are covered in vomit. Breakfast is supplied to the room but is not fresh and of low quality. Geometry of the appartment is very poor, no space between furniture, doors open wrong way. No ventilation and so whole complex smells of cooking.

It's an Apart-Hotel. To have the kitchen was very convenient. The hotel is nice and clean and I would come back again. Free wi-fi is a big difference. Staff was excellent.

Spacious apartment with efficient air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. The small pool was a lifesaver for cooling off! Friendly staff, and the location is handy for hopping on the train.

Not too convenient having reception closed during certain hours, and the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy at night.

I loved the staff - very friendly and helpfull. The room is big, with kitchen and a small living room. Bathroom is OK - good shower :-)

Location near Gare de Toulouse Matabiau SNFC Station. Staff speaks good english! Internet, sauna room and gym room is for free.

The kids loved exploring the nearby train station, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for a fun play area for them.

People were very polite and helpful for information. It's a nice hotel to spend a night close to the railstation.

Christell at the reception was very nice and helpful.

No cold water in the shower. We told that at the reception but the lady said there is nothing they can do! So we could shower only two-tree minutes at the time before the water got too hot. Very tricky during a 5 nights visit.
